4 parts San Pellegrino sparkling
Carlson's Handcrafted is an Australian company making a variety of cordials, preserves, marmalades and cakes. Their product is exceptional, as far as I can tell, and the Ginger Cordial is rich and spicy without being metallic in the mouth.Carlson's work alongside growers and producers such as Colo River Organic Citrus and Champion's Mountain Organic, and the quality of the finished product is testimony to the care put into growing the best fruits.
So to the gent that pulled me aside at their stand in North Sydney Growers Markets this morning - you are right, the Ginger Cordial is just my cup of tea, and with a dram of whisky added, even better.
