Welles had a somewhat tragic ending . . . a great American thespian and director, his last theatrical credit was for providing the voice of an evil planet-sized orb in the cartoon feature, "Transformers: The Movie."
ReplyDeleteWelles by that time had ballooned in weight to something resembling a small moon himself, and no doubt the irony of it all was not lost on a man of his humor.
